form labels are locked for now, we may add “custom” form at some point which will allow you this type of customization along with making custom fields etc. It’s not on the short term list though.

the way to do this is following:

1. change your language to spanish (select language in the bottom right link on any screen)

2. remove the contact form from your page (click customize in the page editor, then click the trash icon on the red contact form box)

3. add new contact form (drag the red contact form icon from the top icons row to the page)

- when you publish the site, the contact form will be replaced with translated version
