Hi,

status of the raw html/code is still the same – we don’t plan adding this functionality, for the reasons described in previous posts.

We’re logging requests from users though, so this certainly got to our long term features list.

Hi,

with our aim on delivering smooth mobile experience for site visitors (with also assuring the creators can achieve rich results with little effort), we have to make sure the results of such html/js embedding are transforming well on devices – so it’s fairly more complex than allowing similar thing on regular PC website creator services. But as I wrote, we’ll investigate this option for future.

Petr,

I’m for it. Case in point is inserting a neat javascript program that I came across that will display a calendar. There’s just no way to do it without the option to insert javascript code myself, or have you offer a calendar in your menu of features.

As phone are becoming more sophisticated, users will want more of the options now available to general web sites.

Hi,

“raw” HTML/Javascript section is not planned at the moment, as it’s slightly against the idea of easy site creation from template, but your question sure makes point for considering adding it (if more users show desire for such feature).
