Topic: Support and Troubleshooting / Change Form "Contact" If you add the contact page from the template, there is a text section above the form that you can edit. If you add the contact form with an image from the template there is no text section but you can add one by following the instructions here http://www.ubik.com/tutorial/en/mobilizer/editor_textarea.html |

Topic: Support and Troubleshooting / Change Form "Contact" At the moment the fields in the contact form are fixed and cannot be configured. You can provide the text asking your users to provide the phone number in the Message field. |

Topic: Support and Troubleshooting / call link The resolution has been found. All the numbers entered into the Call Link must have the country code after the + sign. That is for US for example the format “+1XXXXXXXX” has to be used, for UK “+44XXXXXXX” etc. This solves the issues and works for 99% of devices and operators. |

Topic: Support and Troubleshooting / call link This is phone dependant. There is number of phones that do not support this. Also some of them – as you pointed out – can recognize the number enetered directly in text. Also I do not think Ubik adds any ‘01’ to the number. What phone model(s) you tried? The + sign is necessary so the number is recognized properly all over the World. Jan |
