Hello,

removing the section from any page removes it from all pages that share same menu.

To remove the menu just from selected pages, go to some other page containing the menu (ie welcome), and remove the menu items in the section pop-up there. That will keep the menu on pages that still are included, but remove it from pages that were un-linked.

So to create two separate menu structures from your example – add second menu to Basics page, and link the Definitions, Glossary.. pages from this second menu. That will make these pages have two menus.

Then go to Getting Started, and customize the main menu there by removing links to all pages that shouldn’t be included in main navigation.

Hello, you can add additional menu section(s) to your pages – click “Customize” link above the sections and then you can drag the menu icon to the first page that has to contain it.

As you then add links to other pages, this menu will automatically appear on the target pages.

it’s not possible to point single (sub)domain at two directions, so you’ll need something like

www.domain.com – pointing at your PC site and mobile.domain.com pointing at runtime.ubik.net via CNAME record

1. yes, you point the CNAME at runtime.ubik.net (per help here – http://ubik.com/tutorial/en/mobilizer/mobilizer_alternative_dns.html)

2. you should not need the IP association, but if it’s required by your provider, point it at runtime.ubik.net IP, which is 4.71.173.69

Users can rate sites created by others in the site profile pages – you can get there from search or by visiting featured sites. This is available for about a year now.

Hello,

I fixed your text section on the About Us page, but you need to re-publish the site for it to take effect.

The problem was some non-standard characters in the text area, which sometimes happens when pasting text from editors like Word. It’s best to use “paste as plain text” icon in the text section wizard.

The advertising problem seems to be bug, we are working on a fix now (will let you know when it works again)

to add site to google to crawl you don’t need any active code on the site itself, there’s just simple form to sumbit the site URL here – http://www.google.com/addurl/

The XML sitemap can’t be used with google webmaster tools right now, as there’s no way to verify the site using the google code.

the upload count/size is unlimited, but we reserve right to set some limit if we see clear abuse of the system or unreasonable space consumption. For regular use you should be fine.

right now you can use flickr or picasa hosted images (although i know it’s not the same thing).

We want to add remotely hosted images at some point, but can’t be specific on when it would be available.

Google Docs doesn’t support video from YouTube – it’s just for text documents right now (so also presentations or spreadsheets are not supported).

To see how google docs work, check the “Add external content” video in the “See how it works” link on homepage or in your dashboard.

first sorry for late reply, i somehow missed your question in this thread.

PayPal Buy button is coming at some point, but i don’t have time estimate at the moment.

There were some technical issues with implementing the PayPal purchasing, so we started with donations only.
